Before placing the order, please read the following terms and conditions carefully, to ensure that you have fully understood the content. Your registration, login, purchase and other behaviors will be regarded as acceptance of our terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by the terms:

ATIO Translation Terms of Service:

• CCDriving provides officially recognized ATIO (Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario) translation services, and is not responsible for the authenticity of the original documents provided to us；

• If the letter is returned due to the customer's wrong address or missing unit number, CCDriving will charge $5 for the re-sending of the letter, which will be paid by e-transfer;

• If a customer's address is not within the city range of the One-day Express and chooses the One-day Express service, CCDriving will mail the translation by Canada Post Express Service, and will not refund the postage difference.

Course Terms and Conditions:

• All courses are valid for 12 months (from the time of registration). Any courses that are not used within 12 months will automatically expire and cannot be reimbursed.

• BDE students must complete 30-hour online course (20-hour lesson and 10-hour homelink) and 10-hour in-vehicle lesson within 12 months from the time of registration. (Ministry of Transportation specified). Failure to complete the course within 12 months will reset the course progress and the student will have to purchase another BDE course and start over.

• If students require more lessons, students must purchase additional individual lessons in advance.

• If the student does not show up on the day of the in-vehicle lesson or cancels the lesson on the day of the lesson, CCDriving Canada will deduct half of the lesson hours from student’s credit.

• Students may refund the purchase within 5 days; however, an administrative fee ($75+tax) will be deducted from the refundable balance. If 5 days have passed, a refund will not be available. 

• Students will be certified by the school after finishing both online and driving lessons. Before the school notifies the student that "you are certified", it is not completed. Usually, it will take 1-2 weeks. If student has not received the completion notification, please contact us.

• CCDriving Canada reserves the right to use and send information of the students to the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario and Insurance Bureau of Canada. (Ministry of Transportation specified)

• CCDriving Canada promises that every instructor we assign to you is a registered driving instructor who is certified by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario. They not only have rich driving experience, but also have professional training skills. However, due to differences in student’s mastery and uncontrollable factors on the day of road test, we cannot guarantee a student’s test results. We do not tolerate any kind of threats, including rude language, physical attacks, etc. Please respect our instructors and customer service staff members. Once the above behaviour occurs, we have the right to refuse and suspend the service, while retaining the evidence and the right to use legal means. 

• CCDriving only provides service supervision for the students who have registered through the driving school to protect the rights of the students.

•  If a student who is directly enrolled with CCDriving Canada is unsatisfied with their assigned driving instructor, the student can contact the school to be reassigned to another driving instructor. The school does not accept any requests of reimbursements or refund.
