The online courses are studied on a third-party platform, not on our official website. If you haven't received the registration email from us, please check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received it, you can contact us at info@ccdriving.ca.
Online courses must be studied sequentially, and only those that are unrestricted can be accessed. The course guide provides detailed interpretations.
In total, it's 30 hours, with 20 hours of online course and 10 hours allocated for online Homelink.
Online courses allow a maximum of 5 hours of study per day, but there are no restrictions on accessing Homelink for learning purposes.
The application process typically takes about 3-5 business days. After completing all the course content (30 hours of online courses and 10 hours of in-car training), the driving school will review the learning data. If there are no issues, we will report the student's learning records to the MTO. Once reported, students will receive an email notification confirming the completion of the application.
Overdue learning data cannot be entered into the MTO certificate declaration system. If you wish to continue learning, please provide a different email address and re-pay for the online course. After payment, we will send out a new registration link. Please contact customer service to proceed with the activation (WeChat: ccdriving05 | Email: info@ccdriving.ca).
You have 12 months from the activation of your account to complete all the course content (30 hours of online courses). Any learning data beyond this period cannot be used for certificate application.
Quizzes are required. There is a quiz (multiple-choice questions) for each Lesson, with a passing score of 70%. If you don't pass, you can retake the test until you pass.
You can switch languages, but the previous learning data cannot be transferred, so you'll have to start over.
Online courses do not have live teachers present. They are digital courses that integrate text, images, videos, and quizzes into one. Students can arrange their own time to complete the courses and their learning progress will be recorded and saved.
Online courses are self-paced learning materials that can be accessed and studied anytime, anywhere.
